Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances.
The fee is up to 1%, but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed.
Meet The Team
Chris Norton
Managing Director
Chris started his career in mortgage advice when he joined Britannia Building Society in 2004. In 2007 he made the decision to join the broker market and start his own business. Despite embarking on self-employment during a major financial crisis, Chris’s determination in an extremely challenging market meant that the business went from strength to strength and continues to do so. This has been the result of hard work, attention to detail and putting the client experience first, as the business has been built primarily on client referrals and word of mouth.

In his spare time Chris enjoys family life with his wife Amy, son Zach and Peggy the office watch dog. The odd spot of surfing, snowboarding and as much CrossFit as possible keep him out of trouble.
Jack Crawford
Mortgage Broker
Jack joined the team in 2020 as a Mortgage Processing Expert; Since then he has gained the necessary qualifications and is now working in the business as a Mortgage Broker. He started his career in the Financial Services sector in 2014 with Scottish Widows where he gained a wealth of knowledge in protection products. In 2016 Jack progressed his career within Scottish Widows and moved to their Agency Management Team where he dealt with Mortgage & Protection business directly with advisers all over the UK. Jack’s goal is to ensure that all clients’ mortgage journey is kept as straightforward and stress free as possible by making sure that communication is key at all times.
Jack likes to make the most of the time he has away from the office. In 2019, he took a 6-month secondment and decided to travel to South-East Asia where he spent time in several great locations such as Kuala Lumpur, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia and many parts of Thailand as well. This was a great time spent seeing other parts of the world as well as experiencing different countries’ cultures. Jack has a keen interest in majority of sports and previously coached a Football Team at grass roots level at Edinburgh South FC; During his time off he enjoys spending time with Family and Friends, usually with an ice cold beer.
Adam Millar
Mortgage Processing Expert
Adam recently joined the team in March 2024 as a mortgage processing expert and is learning the ins and outs of the property sector. He spent the majority of his career in the motor trade as a vehicle and sales administrator but opted for a change in direction as he was keen on pursuing a career in the financial sector. Adam’s role is to make the mortgage process as stress free and smooth as possible for the client and to ensure they always feel in the loop of the status of the application.

In his spare time Adam likes spending time with his dog, going to the cinema and watching the football.
